What gets deleted
- Your account, profile and avatar.
- Cars, setups, results, notes, voice notes, photos, costs and winnings, inventory and gear dates in teams you own.
- Driver profiles you manage, including parent-managed minor profiles.
- Share links you created.
- Your phone number (if you added one) and your notification settings.
What we keep, and for how long
- 30 days: everything above is held for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Signing in again during that time cancels the deletion.
- Billing records: purchase and tax records are kept as long as the law requires (usually up to 7 years). They don’t include your setups.
- Your export: the copy we make when you delete is kept with your account for the same 30 days so you can download it.
More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Questions
Can I get my data back after I delete?
During the 30 days, yes: sign in again and the deletion is cancelled. After 30 days it is gone for good. Download the export first if you might want it.
What happens to my team?
Teams you own, and their setups, are deleted with your account at the end of the 30 days; until then your crew can still see them. Teams you only belong to keep their data; you are removed from them.
Does deleting cancel my subscription?
A plan bought on our website is cancelled when your account is deleted, with no refund. You can cancel sooner in the app under Me → Plan & billing → Manage billing. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it in your store subscriptions. We can’t cancel those for you.
What about parent-managed driver profiles?
Minor driver profiles live inside the parent’s account and are deleted with it.
